Mental Health First Aid Training

Thursday 04 April 2024, 9am - 5pm

Online

Would you like to learn more about mental health, be more confident supporting others and build a supportive community that promotes open conversations about mental health and wellbeing?

It is estimated that in England 1 in 4 people will experience a mental health problem of some kind each year. Statistics have shown that people are finding it harder to cope with mental health problems. These issues disproportionately affect the following minority/ vulnerable groups: people who identify as LGBTQIA+, Black or Black British people, young women aged 16-24, and individuals struggling with homelessness, substance misuse or have had contact with the criminal justice system.
