Hellesdon High School Well Being Event

Our workshops aim to reduce the stigma and discrimination associated with mental health conditions through education and by raising awareness

Join us in speaking with students at the Hellesdon High School Wellbeing fair on Thursday the 25th of April 

This is a great opportunity to practice speaking openly about mental health in a safe and supportive environment, whilst helping to spread an important message. The nature of this workshop is more relaxed and will involve speaking with small groups of students at a time in a more casual way.

Our workshops aim to reduce the stigma and discrimination associated with mental health conditions through raising awareness and encouraging open conversation - especially amongst young people. 

The workshops starts at 3pm and lasts for about 2 hours.

Transport will be arranged by us, and will leave from UEA campus (outside Congregation Hall) at 2:15pm for us to arrive at the school for 2:30pm - leaving enough time for us to get signed in and set up to start the workshop at 3pm. 

We are also happy to help if you require additional training in delivering workshops. This will give you a chance to practice talking through the workshop with the other volunteers and an Headucate member with previous experience.
