You made it to the end of term!! Come and join ENVSoc for our annual summer ball at Dunston Hall. 1 ticket permits you to a 2 course dinner, a welcome drink, a disco and a coach there and back! We look forward to celebrating with you all :)

Non-members are more than welcome too :)

18:30 board the coach from UEA 

18:30 - 19:30 arrival 

19:30 - 21:30 dinner 

21:30 - 00:00 entertainment/disco 

00:00 coach back to UEA

 

Meal includes a 2 course menu, with a choice from:

Mains:

- Breast of chicken wrapped in crispy smoked bacon with buttered caraway kale & cabbage, potato fondant, lentil & red wine sauce

- Crispy skinned fillet of Hake with crushed new potatoes, tomato fondue

- Crispy fried smoked tofu with cavalo nero chard, mushroom stir-fry, soy & sesame dressing (vegan)

 

Dessert:

- Blood orange & chocolate torte with dark chocolate sauce (vegan)

- Red berry and champagne jelly (vegan)

- Vanilla panacotta with brandied black cherry syrup

 

Tables will seat approximately 10 people, so please let us know the names of 2 people you would like to sit with. If you have no preference then put 'n/a'.
