We’re thrilled to finally announce the details for The UEA Business Ball 2020 which is bigger and better than ever before!!

We are celebrating another year of success at UEA in style by throwing the ultimate Great Gatsby themed ball. Whether this is your last year with us or your first, we want you there!

This event isn’t exclusive to Business Society members, so please bring a plus 1 to join the celebrations (could be your house mate or partner from back home) - the more the merrier!

Event details

When: Join us on Friday 24th April 2020 from 7pm - 12am

Where: Sprowston Manor Hotel & County Club

Dress code: Formal (suits, gowns and cocktail dresses)

Ticket price includes: return coach transport from campus, three-course meal, 2 bottles of wine per table, professional photographer, magician, photo-booth, after dinner DJ, photo opportunities with helium balloons and other props and a charity raffle!

MEMBERS: As a thank you for your membership, we have decided to release the first 50 tickets at a discounted price of £35! Once they’re gone - they’re gone! So members, don’t miss out on this early bird price!

STANDARD TICKET: Our standard ticket price for non-members / members after early bird tickets sell out is £37.50.

Meal choices

When buying your ticket you'll be asked to select ONE from each of the following options per course. PLEASE NOTE: if you would like to select from the Vegan / Gluten Free menu, you will need to select all three courses from this. You couldn't pick the butternut squash soup and the sea bass, for example.

Sirloin of Beef with Yorkshire Pudding & Horseradish Creme Fraiche

Tagliatelle with Pecorinom Sun-Blushed Tomato and Basil (V)

Dessert:

Sticky Toffee Pudding with Vanilla Ice Cream (V)

Raspberry Creme Brulee with Shortbread (V)

START: Roast Butternut Squash Soup with Bread Roll

MAIN: Grilled Melanzane served with Potato Gratin & Basil Pesto Reduction

DESSERT: Chocolate Brownie with Mango Sorbet
