General lifting session for all members of all abilities and experience levels in the Sportspark gym!

General lifting session for all members of all abilities and experience levels in the Sportspark gym! We have three squat racks/deadlift platforms reserved downstairs and an upstairs functional suite exclusive for our members!

Please ensure you have completed your Sportspark induction BEFORE attending this session.

We will meet 5 minutes before the session starts in the sportspark cafe and head down together.

Note: if you obtain a ticket for the session but can no longer attend you must let us know. Failure to let the club know 3 hours before the session begins will result in a fee of £5 before you can attend another session. Emergency circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
