Mental Health Workshop - Biochem Soc x Games Soc x Student Services

We know that a university workload can be daunting, and at many times, incredibly stressful, leading students to suffer from work-related anxiety.

This week in May is Mental Health Awareness Week, and to commemorate, we've teamed up with UEA Games Society and Student Support's Wellbeing Team to bring you a Mental Health Workshop focused on addressing academic stress.

The workshop will entail learning how to cope with work-related anxieties and what resources are available for UEA students to get the assistance they may need in addressing these issues.

Afterwards, we'll be unwinding and destressing with some fun games and entertainment, so please feel free to participate in this free event!

The event will be next Thursday, 19th May 2022 in Arts 2.05, from 4-6 pm. Hope to see you there!
