Real-Life Self Defence / Environmental Training

Come along to our exciting Tae Kwon Do "real life self defence" session! We will be training outside of the dojang in an unfamiliar environment, learning valuable techniques that can be applied to real life situations!

We will be training inside a classroom instead of the dojang, learning valuable techniques that can be applied to real life situations! 

Be sure to wear your normal day to day clothes, not sportswear, to ensure it is more applicable to real-life situations.
