UEASU presents: Societies Fair 2021!
What is a Society?
Societies are membership-led groups that bring together students who share common interests by offering regular, varied and inclusive activity.
What is the societies fair?
This free event is open to all students on campus so come and check out the wide range of societies we have to offer. You’ll have the opportunity to meet new people and do something different, with so much choice on offer, you won’t have any trouble finding a society that suits you!
The societies fair will be taking place over at sportspark. You can find the location on google maps here.
Why should I join a Society?
Being part of a society is a great opportunity to meet new people, try something new and have fun. By getting involved you will develop skills in leadership, teamwork and communication and gain experience in organising events which will look great on your CV.
Students who join societies consistently tell us that it is one of their favourite things about being a UEA student. If you are thinking of joining a society or just want to meet some new people, get involved – you won’t regret it!
Accessibility hour
The first hour of the fair (11am - 12pm) is open to INTO students and will also be a quiet hour for students that would benefit from a quieter fair experience.
If you have any questions, please email union.opportunities@uea.ac.uk and we'll get back to you as soon as we can!
To enter the venue customers will need to provide ONE of the following:

Or,
• Natural immunity – based upon a positive PCR test within 180 days of the event and the result on NHS App
