Mental Health in BAME Communities

In this facilitated-based workshop we will discuss perceptions and taboos those from BAME cultures may hold about mental health – either from their family/friends or themselves and why it’s important we break through this stigma and talk about it comfortably.

This is a Do Something Different activity. Do Something Different is an extracurricular programme to enhance your time at university. From our week long festival in February to daily activities ranging from arts to sports, there is a do something different activity happening everyday!
