About Event

Alternative Metal trio THE HARA are one of the most exciting new heavy bands, combining forthright and emotive lyrics, massive rhythms, and a sense of boundless energy.

THE HARA is Josh Taylor (frontman), Zack Breen (guitar), and Jack Kennedy (drums) hailing from Manchester. In 2023 they released Survival Mode their debut album which reached #3 in the Rock & Metal UK Official Charts.

Emerging out of lockdown their first festival was Download Pilot, this followed by Download, Slamdunk, 2000 Trees, Truck, Kendal Calling, Y Not?, TRNSMT, Tramlines and opening mainstage at Reading & Leads, and their first European festival at Rock For People. 2023 saw THE HARA support Sum 41 and Nothing More, and their first European headline tour which included a sold-out show in Prague to being offered mainstage at Rock For People and headlining the Rock Café’s 33rd birthday for a sold out show to open 2024.

Recently locked away writing and recording their second album THE HARA are ready to unleash new music! Next up is support for Ice Nine Kills, Escape The Fate, and a few festivals before plotting their 2024/25 UK and EU headline tour.
