Norwich, we’re going big. We’ve teamed up with The Waterfront to bring the fine city together, all in the name of great music, shitty sunglasses and holiday spirit. It’s Creasemas, so come let loose with our handpicked lineup: Norwich Hall of Famers, Floral Image; the new kid on the block, Arthur Black and Bristolian bombshell Saloon Dion. Heavy hitters top to bottom, say no more. We’re harnessing the spirit of Norwich’s stickiest floor to bring you the biggest night of the year. Come get foolish with us, Norwich. The more the merrier.Â
PleasureInc. Founded in 2021 by Norwich-based brothers Jonny Silver (guitar/vox) and Kenny Pleasures (drums/vox), PleasureInc. take the blueprint of the ‘indie rock band’ and subvert expectations. Armed with the Babyface Killa (keys/percussion) and Burger (bass), their ‘genre fluid’ approach incorporates hip hop, indie, dance, fashion, 90s wrestling and comedy in their music and visuals, prioritising vibes, crease and character over genre norms.
Floral Image – Since their emergence in 2019, Norwich’s Floral Image have presented and exposed psychedelic rock with ferocity, articulacy, and a heliolatric, near-hedonistic sense of revelry. Amalgamating the pumping acid house grooves of the mid 90’s with the spluttering drive of early 70’s psychedelic titans Hawkwind, as well as a wistful dash of brightness from modern Neo-psych acts like King Gizzard and Babe Rainbow, Floral find a luscious assonance in carefully measured chaos.
Sleep’s Cousin – Sleep’s cousin & Lieu are (in our opinion) the most exciting duo in UK Rap right now! A Producer & Rapper combo hailing from Norfolk. The duo have been making waves in the local and the national scene from performing a BBC Live Lounge at Maida Vale Studios to Latitude Festival. Sleep’s Cousin being named one of Wordplay Magazine’s ones to watch in 2023, and Lieu being named one to watch in 2023 by BBC introducing Norfolk.
Arthur Black – Born and raised living an off-grid bohemian life-style, Arthur Black shares her passion for deep connection and poetry with the world within her music.
