Meet Jazzie B, a legendary figure whose creative genius transcends boundaries.   As a visionary artist and pioneer, he has made an indelible mark on the creative industry. From humble beginnings, Jazzie B’s journey embodies determination and an unwavering love for music.

At just 13 years old, Jazzie B embarked on his musical journey, forming the iconic Soul II Soul with his school friend Daddae. Overcoming obstacles, they gained recognition within their community through their unique blend of reggae and soulful music. Despite initial discouragement, Jazzie pursued his passion, eventually signing with Virgin Records propelled by their underground hit ‘Fairplay.’ Their journey reached new heights as they soared to the top of the charts with chart-topping hits such as “Keep On Moving” and “Back To Life.”

Beyond their musical accomplishments, Soul II Soul expanded their brand and influence, becoming the first artist collective to open stores in London and Japan. Jazzie’s prowess as a producer and remixer led to collaborations with artists like James Brown, Sinead O’Connor, Nas, and Destiny’s Child.

Today, Soul II Soul remains a formidable force in the music industry, with Jazzie B continuing to mesmerise audiences as a DJ and featured vocalist.
