Do Something Different and join UEA Yoga Club for a free taster class! Whether you're brand new to yoga, or an experienced yogi, you're always welcome here.
Come and find out for yourself at this DSD session!
This will be a Vinyasa Yoga class starting with gentle mindfulness and breath exercises to increase vitality and de-stress, followed by Asanas (physical postures) and targeted muscle engagement, with stretching and deep breathing to help to build strength, flexibility and awareness at the very core of the body. The class will finish with a restorative Savasana (final relaxation) where students will be guided on themes of meditation to find a calm and peaceful mind/body state.
If you have one, please bring a yoga/workout mat with you. If you don't have a mat, just bring yourself :) We are also encouraging all attendees to bring a reusable water bottle in an effort to reduce our waste as a club!
