Squash Advanced Coaching 16:20-18:20

A coaching session for squad members, those looking to break into the squad, and anyone who feels up to the challenge!

UEA Squash coaching sessions give you the opportunity to improve both your fitness, and your Squash skills!

Coaching sessions are divided by ability:

• Beginner sessions for newcomers to the sport.
• Beginner/Intermediate sessions for newcomers who want a challenge and for those with some squash experience.
• Advanced sessions for those with substantial squash experience. The best session for squad members and those hoping to join the squad.

Sessions are run by our fully qualified coach David Youngs, and are a great chance to test yourself and develop new skills.
