Dharma Society Taster Session

Come along and join Dharma Society in a FREE taster session aimed at helping you to keep your balance whilst at uni. This session will include a guided meditation and mindfulness activities! We look forward to seeing you there!

Dharma Society is a community of people wanting to find a place of calm and relaxation amid the busy uni life. Everyone is welcome, please bring your own yoga mat and water bottle if you can and wear comfortable clothing.
