About Event
thrown is a Swedish hardcore/metalcore band from Stockholm, featuring vocalist Marcus Lundqvist, guitarists Johan Liljeblad and Andreas Malm, and drummer/producer Buster Odeholm. The band debuted in 2022 with their EP Extended Pain, followed by their debut full-length
album Excessive Guilt in 2024, which earned them the “Best Breakthrough Album” award at the Heavy Music Awards 2025, while winning “Best Breakthrough Live Artist” in 2024. After consistently being on tour since the formation of the band, they’ve made themselves a name as an outstanding live act and one of the fastest growing heavy bands on the planet.
