About Event

Rough Trade is very excited to present an outstore acoustic performance and Q&A from Myles Smith at The Nick Rayns LCR, Norwich. This unique event celebrates the release of their new album ‘My Mess, My Heart, My Life’, released via RCA.

British singer‑songwriter Myles Smith has fast become one of the UK’s most compelling new voices, blending heartfelt storytelling with melodic sincerity. His global hit ‘Stargazing’ became 2024’s longest running Billboard Hot 100 entry by a UK artist and has contributed to almost 4 billion streams worldwide. He recently released ‘Drive Safe’ with Niall Horan and has played to over 100,000 fans across sold out international headline shows.

This year, Myles presented the Rising Star Award at the BRITs, an honour he won in 2025, and is nominated for Best Male Act at the MOBO Awards. He now announces his debut album, ‘My Mess, My Heart, My Life.’, arriving June 12th 2026, alongside an extensive world tour across North America, Europe and the UK, culminating in a landmark sold out show at The O2.

The album marks his most personal and ambitious work yet, exploring emotional chaos, vulnerability and release across three worlds: Mess, Heart and Life. It features several of his most recognisable songs, including the global breakthrough ‘Stargazing’, his reflective duet ‘Drive Safe’ with Niall Horan, fan favourite ‘Nice To Meet You’, uplifting ‘Gold’, and euphoric ‘Stay (If You Wanna Dance)’. ‘My Mess, My Heart, My Life.’ is out 12 June 2026.
