What time will the gates open? 

• General admission gates will open at 5:00pm.
• Hospitality gates will open at 4:00pm.

What are the show timings?

• Show times are not being shared as they are subject to change. We expect entertainment to begin at 7:00pm and finish at 11:00pm or just before. Please note timings are subject to change.

How do I book accessibility tickets? 

• Accessible viewing platform and allocated aisle seating for customers with requirements are available. Please contact the Ticket Office to purchase tickets on 01603 721 902 option 1.

Are there any age restrictions?

• Children under 5 years are not permitted into the stadium.
• Under 11s are not permitted on the pitch.
• Under 14s must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. 
• No under 16s are permitted in Gold Circle standing. 

Ticket resale

• Resale only permitted on Ticketmaster.
• Tickets purchased by businesses or traders will be cancelled.
