Banhamfest is a new family festival, developing the spirit felt at the early days of Latitude, Wilderness and Harvest.
Music is at the heart of the event. A mix of international and local artists, and a platform for rising stars through BBC Introducing.
The Friday headliner is Beans on Toast and the Saturday headline artists are Hayseed Dixie. BBC Norfolk’s Gary Standley will be curating the all day BBC Introducing sessions on Sunday.
Plenty of things for young people to do including the Forest school, Banham zoo pop-up, Bamboozled escape room. There is a relaxation zone throughout the festival and a mass yoga session on Sunday morning.
A safe environment for children to run round late into the evening.
Food from around the world will be offered from a host of street food vendors. Best of local beers, ciders and soft drinks for the thirsty people. Camping is available at Applewood Countryside Park.
The event will be supporting Action for Hearing Loss, Friends of Banham Primary School, Lets Do it Anyway, Nature & Nurture, Nelson’s Journey and zsea.
