Red Card Comedy present Laugh In The Park, an annual stand-up comedy festival held in Norwich city centre with a stellar line up of acts. Transforming Chapelfield Gardens into a delightful performance and bar area, Laugh In The Park is an established highlight of the summer arts and cultural event programming in Norwich. 

Over 4 beautiful summers evenings in July in the idyllic park setting, we present 4 outstanding nights of comedy in the big top performance tent. Featuring such acts such as Chris Ramsey, Phill Jupitus, Lucy Porter, Phil Nichol and Stephen K Amos, Norwich city centre will become a go-to laughter-zone. With a great bar, delicious street food stall and such great comedy, we hope to see you there!

Chris Ramsey is one of the most exciting comedy acts today. Star of The Chris Ramsey Show (Comedy Central UK), his high-energy delivery, hugely engaging manner and off-the-cuff style have made him a TV regular on shows such asNever Mind the Buzzcocks (BBC Two), 8 Out of 10 Cats (C4), The John Bishop Show(BBC), Live at the Comedy Store (Comedy Central) and Live at the Apollo (BBC1).  He also starred as Jack in the sitcom Hebburn (BBC2), co-starring Vic Reeves, and recently with his wife Rosie on Married to a Celebrity and Parenting for Idiots (C4).

Brennan Reece burst onto the comedy scene after winning ‘English Comedian of the Year’ in 2015, quickly followed by a nomination for the prestigious Best Newcomer Award at the Edinburgh Festival.  Seen on TV’s Live At The Apollo, Comedy Central At The Comedy Store,  The Stand Up Sketch Show, Roast Battle and Life Lessons (BBC).   Hugely likeable with first class gags and quality material – Brennan is a rising star in full flow.

Rob Deering – Not only is Rob the UK’s foremost guitar-wielding, loop-layering, beat-box stand-up comedian, he is also a serious runner and has run all over the UK whilst also presenting a hilarious comedy podcast for R6 Music.  Strange but true.  This is one multi-talented, super fit and very funny man!

 

Kiri Pritchard-McLean –  As seen on Frankie Boyle’s New World Order and heard on the cult true crime podcast All Killa No Filla. Voted Best Club Comedian and Best Compere at the 2018 Chortle Awards, Kiri has been winning friends and fans in droves with her gleefully, exuberantly funny comedy.  “Powerhouse stand-up”  ???? (The Guardian)
