uea+sport is hosting our UEA This Girl Can Week from Monday 8th March to Sunday 14th March as a part of Women's History Month!

Join our UEA Yoga club for a online FREE aster session, all abilities welcome. No equipment required, just a small space and some water to stay hydrated throughout. A great Wednesday wellbeing activity to relax your body and have some you time! All This Girl Can events are open to any women, non-binary and non-conforming gender individuals.
