International Students - Mental Health Awareness Workshop

Please note that this event is for International Students only. A basic introduction into developing our Mental Health Awareness. We will learn about some illnesses and how to look out for them as well as what we can do to support someone/ourselves. This session will also focus on cultural differences when talking about our mental health and accessing services for support.
