The infamous Reading & Leeds Festival is heralded as the best music show on the planet. With the most revered artists from across the globe playing each year across the August Bank Holiday weekend, it is a genuine rite of passage for discerning music lovers everywhere.

 

Ticket Limits and Types

Please note: you will be sent physical tickets which will be dispatched up to 2 weeks before the event.

All tickets must be exchanged for a wristband on first entry. The ticket limit per person/household/card is four tickets of a given type. Please adhere to published ticket limits. Persons who exceed the ticket limit may have any or all of their orders and tickets cancelled without notice. This includes orders associated with the same name, e-mail address, billing address, credit card number or other information.

Weekend Tickets

Weekend tickets allow access to campsites from Thursday 27th August 2020 until close of campsite on Monday 31st August 2020 – and access to the Arena on all show days. Weekend Tickets will be swapped for a wristband that allows for unlimited re-entry to and from the site for the holder. We do not sell Weekend Tickets without camping.

Early Entry Passes

These tickets are only valid when presented in conjunction with a valid Weekend Ticket, they allow access to the campsites from 2pm on Wednesday 26th August 2020 for people who want to set up camp early.

They are not valid for use in conjunction with Guest Tickets or Disabled Access Tickets as these campsites do not open until Thursday.

Day Tickets

The arena opens at 11am each day (subject to Health and Safety Checks) and your Day Ticket is valid for entry up until midnight on the day stated on the ticket. Ticket holders can remain on site until the arena closes.

Refund Policy

a)     Refunds are only considered on major cancellation, substantial alteration or by special exception determined by Festival Republic.

b)     Refunds should be obtained from the point of purchase, no later than three months after the event.

c)     A minimum of the face value of the ticket will be refunded.

d)     Refunds of booking fees per ticket are subject to the T&Cs of the point of sale.

 

Age Restrictions

a)    Festival Republic welcome all ages to the festival. However, there are entry restrictions for under 16s and we do advise not bringing young children. 

b)     Under 16s (15 years and under) must be accompanied by a ticket holder over 18 years old at all times. No unaccompanied under 16s are allowed on site.

c)     Under 13s (12 years and under) are admitted free, but must be accompanied by a paying ticket-holder over 18 at all times. Whilst we do allow under 13s to attend for free, we do suggest that this event is not suitable for young children.

d)     Festival Republic do not accept any parental or supervisory duty of care or liability for any under 18s on site.

 

ID Policy

There is a Challenge 21 Policy on site and the following are accepted as ID on site:

  • A Passport (Not a photocopy)
  • Full Driving Licence or Provisional Licence
  • A Proof of Age Card bearing a PASS hologram
  • A Ministry of Defence identity card
  • A National identity card issued by an EU member state

Please bring the original document as you won’t be able to use a photocopied version. If you don’t have any of these, or don’t want to lose valuable documents on site, we suggest that you apply for a PASS approved ID, some of which are free to get.

Please bring ID if you look under 21 years old, and remember that legally there is no automatic right to be served alcohol. Service is always at the discretion of the licensee for whatever reason he or she decides, and the licensee is under no obligation to explain the reason.

If you require the use of our Disabled Access Facilities or a PA/Carer ticket then please purchase a standard festival ticket. Once this has been purchased you will need to apply for access to disabled customer facilities and/or a free PA ticket, if required.
