Queer prom

 

Didn't go to your prom? Or didn't get the chance to go as your authentic self? Well here's your chance to do it right and be queer af at uea(su)'s first ever queer prom 

 

 

 

Don't sweat if you'd like to come but your plus one is not a student at uea! As long as you purchase two tickets and check your guest in at the door then you'll both be able to dance the night away 

Queer Prom is an event for the LGBTQ+ community but allies are welcome too! 

Queer Prom will not tolerate homophobia, transphobia, biphobia, racism, sexism, ableism, sexual harassment or any other form of discrimination.If you are made to feel unsafe or uncomfortable at any point during the event, please let a member of security or the bar staff know. 

 

Similarly you can acess the Report and Support portal at: reportandsupport.uea.ac.uk. It’s a place for students to report incidents of harassment, assault, abuse or bullying of any kind, and is a place to seek support if this has happened to you.
