Shoulder and Head Massage Workshop

At this workshop you will learn the beginnings of how to give a shoulder and head massage, and by the end be able to do simple moves and sequences. You will be working in pairs, so you will also be receiving a massage from your partner. Book 2 spaces for you and a friend or you can be partnered up when you arrive.

You will get slightly oily hair and will need to wear loose comfortable clothing so you can move about easily. If you have long hair, you will need to bring a hair band and a pen.

The instructor/therapist Ursula Walker from the Alison Rostron Treatment Centre near Eaton Park. Ursula trained in 1997 and is qualified in holistic massage, remedial massage, reflexology, Indian head massage, aromatherapy and Dr Vodder Manual Lymphatic Drainage. She began working at the treatment centre in 2002, combining this with her nursing career and became a full time therapist in 2005.

This is a Do Something Different activity.
