Terms and Conditions

At live events you must be 14 years old and over to enter. For club events you must be 18 years old and over to enter. Please always carry photo I.D.
Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangable.
We reserve the right to change the support billing without prior notice.
Right of admission may be refused.
All on-line bookings will be securely processed using 128bit security and hosting.
The UEA Box Office reserves the right to place tickets on the Door of an event rather than send them out to customers without prior notice or justification. When collecting tickets from the door you may (at the discretion of the Management) be required to produce the Card with which the tickets were purchased and/or appropriate ID. Failure to produce the appropriate card and/or ID may result in admission being refused.
The UEA Box Office reserves the right to cancel or decline bookings without prior notice or justification, up until the point of payment being taken.

All on-line bookings will be confirmed by e-mail.
On-Line bookings may be made in advance of an event, but not on the actual day. Should an event be on a weekend then on-line bookings may be made before the Friday at 10am should there still be tickets available for that event. However tickets may be purchased on (01603) 508050 or purchased at the event if there are still tickets available.
If the booking is made less than seven days before an event then the tickets will be held on the door at the event awaiting collection.
The UEA Union web site will be updated as soon as possible when an event is sold out, however this service cannot be guaranteed outside normal Box Office opening hours.
NUS discount prices available from the Box Office in Person only on production of the appropriate I.D.
www.ueaticketbookings.co.uk only collects personal information about you (for example your name, address etc) when you specifically provide us with such information on a voluntary basis, for example when purchasing or enquiring about event tickets online.
Any personal information we collect via our web site will never be released or sold to any companies or individuals outside of the Union Box Office unless your booking is for a venue on whose behalf we are selling tickets (e.g. Norwich Arts Centre). In these cases it may be necessary in certain situations (such as a cancelled event) for us to pass them your details so that they can contact you directly.
If you have registered with www.ueaticketbookings.co.uk this is taken as giving your consent and you may be contacted with relevant promotions, offers or information relating to the events that we put on.
Refunds: in instances where an event is either cancelled or postponed and where a refund is therefore offered, the tickets must be physically returned to the box office. No responsibility can be accepted for tickets which are lost in the post. Please note that even though a record of your booking may exist, without the physical ticket no refund will be given. To this end it is recommended that all returns are either sent by way of recorded delivery or delivered to the box office in person. Please remember that these are high value items which are transferable and can therefore be used by anyone who has them to attempt to obtain a refund. No correspondence will be entered into on this matter.
Prices quoted on the website are for tickets purchased prior to an event starting (ADVANCE PRICE). Tickets purchased on the door may well increase.
Crowd surfing and stage diving is dangerous and prohibited. Offenders will be excluded from the venue for the rest of the event.
Concerts can be crowded, hot and boisterous. Be particularly aware of crowd movement in front of the stage and condensation on the floor and wear appropriate footwear.
No audio, photographic, digital or video recording allowed.
You may be subject to continuous high sound levels. Ear plugs are available on entry. Strobe and flashing lights maybe used.
To buy or consume alcohol you must be able to prove you are 18 years old or older. Underage drinking is illegal and will not be tolerated in or around our venues. No glass, bottles or cans are allowed into our venues.
Security staff may search patrons. Anyone caught in possession of illegal items will be excluded and reported to the police.
Please keep your tickets safe. Duplicate tickets will NOT be issued for lost tickets. Confirmation emails are not accepted as proof of purchase, nor are credit card receipts. Your tickets are your proof of purchase, please look after them!
Tickets are non refundable, except if an event is cancelled or postponed. Refunds can be claimed from UEA Box Office. More details will be released on how to claim refunds as and when appropriate.
Ticket prices include VAT.
Our premises are covered by CCTV for security purposes.
Patrons may be filmed or photographed as members of the audience for promotional purposes.
